After thoroughly examining the furnace, he clearly explained the situation and walked me through the options. He gave two honest repair options based on budget, with no pressure at all. Once the decision was made, Eddie got straight to work. He was able to source all the necessary parts and completed the entire job in one day. Eddie and his assistant were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. By that afternoon, we had a brand-new furnace with a warranty installed and working perfectly. Eddie is trustworthy, competent, and responsive--qualities that are hard to find, especially in an emergency. The cost was reasonable and very fair for the quality of work and quick turnaround. Mr. Green came earlier than expected. He was also willing to come the same day at night. He had our Central Air Unit up and running very quickly. The price of the service was very reasonable. Prior to coming, he was very transparent about pricing, the services he offers, and the estimated timeframe of arrival as well as what to expect. He explained what he did and also gave us feedback on how to maintain an optimal unit.
